In this category you will find travel reports, photo galleries and other information on different European regions not only of interest from a scenic point of view. Some of them with their cathedrals, village churches, cloisters, castles and so on may remind of centuries of the Middle Ages about 1000 years ago

	Taufkirchen This category you will find documented in future under taufkirchen-guide.de/Taufkirchen (after redesign and reimplementation). Our native town will be presented there in words and pictures. Ancient left-overs have been found, finds of the Celtic population have been made, and some aspects of the Middle Ages are ever-present in our community..
1	Germany In this "circle", besides other destinations, we intend to show you above all excellent (architectural) witnesses to the Romanesque period in Germany: in upper Bavaria, the »Romanische Straße in Sachsen-Anhalt", famous Romanesque churches and cathedrales in Hildesheim, Speyer, on the Lake Constance isle Reichenau and whereever will be our destinations.
2	France In France, above all, we want to turn towards Burgundy, religious and spiritual centre of famous cloister foundings and clerical reform movements with essential influence of the whole Europe of the Middle Ages (Germany, France, Italy,...).
3	Italy Above all Puglia, Friuli, Toscana and Umbria – not only scenic highlights – are our destinations. In addition those Italian regions hold many remainings of the Middle Ages – we like to show you some highlights..
4	Spain/Portugal The Iberian peninsula can show eine great medieval history. Not only the so-called »Jakobsweg«, a famous pilgrimage going back to the European Middle Ages, many other medieval highlights should be shown here, but no concrete plans currently.
5	Baltic States In a summarized Travel Report we represent the whole Baltic region – Northern Poland, Russia (w/ Kaliningrad/Königsberg)), Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia (w/ St.Petersburg und Finland –, a historical und culturrally exceptional diverse region. [Later on this report may be completed by documentation of the german part of the Baltic sea.]
6	Poland The »Deutsche Ritterorden« had a formative influence in the late Middle Ages on the region of the former »Ostpreußen«, now splitted up into Poland and Russia. As a result of the second world war nearly all monuments of that time of an exceptional varied history had been destroyed, but nowadays many of them Poland has excellently recontructed. [in addition a Silesia report will be prepared.]
7	Greatbritain England is rich in wonderful Gothic cathedrales, all built in Tudor-style, Scotland with its numerous castles and palaces presents an unusual impressive landsscape, not only with its world-famous whisky.

Annotation:
Because this project is to be established with rigorous attention to detail, only in private initiative of our own, without any financial support of a third party, you have to be patient with us. There is a lot of material already in existence, but it has to be inspected and has to be incorporated critically for "Web-like" presentation.

In diesen Fällen kann es gesetzlich erforderlich sein, eine Einwilligung der betroffenen Personen oder deren gesetzlichen Vertreter einzuholen. Eine genaue Regelung, unter welchen exakten Umständen eine solche Einwilligungserkklärung vorliegen muss, ist uns derzeit noch unbekannt.
